What is PrEP?

One Pill a Day Keeps You HIV Negative

PrEP stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis. Daily PrEP-use reduces the risk of getting HIV from sex by more than 90%. Among people who inject drugs, it reduces the risk by more than 70%. Using PrEP in combination with other preventive methods can reduce your risk of getting HIV even further. Love Foundation provides advice on whether PrEP is for you and helps you get reliable access to PrEP.
